This talk will explore the theoretical concepts and case studies that illustrate the potential of AI in project management. It will look at the benefits and challenges of leveraging AI for project success, as well as insights and examples from implementing AI in their project processes. He is an experienced speaker and in 2024 delivered talks both in the UK and internationally for companies and at renowned project management conferences.
