A: A person's PMI certification status can usually be verified through the online Certification Registry at https://certification.pmi.org/Registry.aspx
Since certification holders may choose not to be listed in the online Certification Registry, they may hold a PMI certification even if their names do not appear within the listing. Therefore, if you are unable to locate an individual’s name and credential(s) in the registry, you may send a signed release to +1 484 631 1332 and PMI will provide you with a confirmation of their status.

A: Unfortunately there is no automatic route to becoming PMP certified. It is necessary to sit the exam and to meet the associated pre-conditions.
